• Factory Introduction

  Our production base is located in Ma’anshan, Anhui Province, spanning an area of over 30,000 square meters. Designed as a smart manufacturing facility, the plant integrates high-precision industrial robots and automated production lines to enable end-to-end manufacturing of key forklift components and complete vehicles. With an annual capacity of 20,000 units, EFEX is committed to establishing a new benchmark in intelligent manufacturing for the material handling equipment industry.
  

  

• Structural Fabrication Workshop

  In the structural fabrication workshop, high-power fiber laser cutting systems and CNC flame cutters are deployed for precision blanking, capable of processing materials up to 200 mm thick with positioning accuracy within 0.1 mm. Subsequent forming processes—including leveling, bending, and stamping—are performed on multi-station presses and CNC hydraulic machinery, ensuring dimensional consistency and structural integrity of all components.
  

  

• Welding Workshop

  The welding workshop features 26 FANUC robotic welding cells with repeatability of ±0.02 mm, coupled with BINZEL low-spatter welding systems for high-penetration, low-distortion joins. Integrated servo positioners and real-time arc tracking allow adaptive weld path correction, enhancing strength and consistency across critical assemblies such as frames and masts. Over 90% of welding operations are automated.
  

  

• Painting Workshop

  A fully automated painting shop supports comprehensive surface treatment, including pretreatment, powder and paint coating, and curing. Components undergo shot blasting before entering enclosed downdraft spray booths with 98%+ paint mist elimination. Electrostatic application systems ensure uniform coverage and superior corrosion resistance, while integrated environmental controls and gas monitoring meet stringent safety and sustainability standards.
  

  

• Assembly Workshop

  Final assembly shop employs a modular flow line with synchronized sub-assembly zones for frames, powertrains, and hydraulic and electrical systems. Conveyor speed is continuously variable, supporting flexible pacing.
